1. Publisher
Reel Rich is developed and published by Thorsen Systems Group LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. References to "TSG," "we," "us," and "our" mean Thorsen Systems Group LLC.
2. License
Subject to these Terms and the rules of the storefront or platform through which you obtained Reel Rich, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment.
You do not acquire ownership of the game, its code, artwork, music, characters, text, systems, or other content.
3. Purchase, access, and refunds
Reel Rich is offered as a one-time premium purchase in supported stores. Pricing, taxes, family sharing, device limits, refunds, chargebacks, and license verification are administered by the storefront you use. Refund requests must generally be submitted to that storefront under its policies and applicable law.
4. Saves and platform services
Reel Rich may store progress locally and, on supported platforms, use services such as Apple iCloud, Game Center, Google Play Games Services, or Saved Games. Availability can depend on your device, account, connection, platform settings, and the continued operation of third-party services.
We design Reel Rich to recover and preserve progress, but no save or synchronization method is guaranteed against every deletion, device failure, account change, clock manipulation, service outage, or conflicting save. Portable Save Codes should be stored securely because anyone with a valid code may be able to import the represented progress.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Reel Rich to violate law, distribute malware, interfere with services or other users, bypass platform security, exploit the game commercially without permission, or copy, republish, sell, or distribute substantial portions of the game.
You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
6. Intellectual property
Reel Rich and its original content are owned by TSG or used under license and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "Reel Rich," its visual identity, and associated branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or ownership without written permission.
7. Updates and availability
We may provide fixes, compatibility updates, balance changes, accessibility improvements, or additional content. We may change or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, platform compatibility, or service availability. An update may be required for continued use of online or platform-connected features.
8. Third-party terms
Your use of a storefront, operating system, cloud-save service, achievement service, or other platform feature is also governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy. Those providers are responsible for their own services.
9. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Reel Rich is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or that every defect will be corrected. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TSG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or progress arising from Reel Rich. Our aggregate liability relating to the game will not exceed the amount you paid for Reel Rich. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights in your place of residence continue to apply.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Reel Rich, platform requirements, or law. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
